W912P5-11-C-0023
This project consisted of removal of existing double barrel 12x8x150' culvert which was the foundation and main floor for the former Sears Building. Creek banks were shaped and riprap matching other protected areas in the city was placed. We constructed two new cast-in-place structural concrete wingwalls and a segmental retaining wall. A plaza area with planters and park benches was created including additional street lighting and irrigation system. Existing curb, gutter and sidewalks were replaced and a paved parking lot installed.
